About Me

About Me

I'm a teeny, tiny bit obsessed with dogs and over the 20 years I've worked with them, that obsession continues to grow!

I began my career with dogs in 2003 as an Animal Nursing Assistant, working in various veterinary surgeries across London. After 10 years, I got my very first dog as an adult, Betsy the Jack and we loved our walks together so much we swapped our scrubs for walking boots and Hounds About Town was born!

I have had the honour and privilege of working with countless dogs over the years, Great Dane's to the smallest of Chihuahuas and pretty much everything in between!

I am grateful to each and every dog I've encountered and for the things they have taught me. For the past 3 years I have backed up my practical knowledge with a tonne of theory, studying with COAPE, IMDT, Sarah Whitehouse and The Dunbar Academy.

Each training session is tailor made to suit your dog and lifestyle, I know as a busy mum of two small humans and two dogs that there is no one size fits all when it comes to training. I am proudly force and fear free in my methods and want to support dogs and their families to succeed.

I live in Greenwich with my Husband Ben, sons Sam, 7 and Rafferty 3, our two dogs, Nance the Saluki and Sid the Jack Russell x Chihuahua.
